ACTIVIDADES GENERALES

Soportar el Plan de Negocios de FoM en el Área de Ventas Vehículos, en Volumen de Ventas, Mayoreo, Participación de Mercado, Utilidades, Flujo de Efectivo y Experiência de compra de nuestros clientes.
Mantener Liderazgo en el Distribuidor para desarrollar las acciones y estrategias comerciales orientadas a obtener un crecimiento rentable en el negocio de venta de vehículos, el cumplimiento mensual de los objetivos de venta y de experiência de compra del Consumidor (CEI)
Mantener una adecuada Coordinación con Ford Credit para el desarrollo y comunicación de estrategias, logro de objetivos y planeación de eventos.
Promover y mantener relaciones de negocios perdurables con la Red de Distribuidores.
Análisis y Utilización de reportes de desempeño Balance Score Card, Reportes de clasificación ABC, Pilot (CRM)
Mantener un rol de visitas consistente, agendar visitas a los distribuidores basándose en el principio de Pareto (80%-20%) 2 veces al mes.
Emitir y actualizar Planes de Trabajo y/o Minutas necesarias para cada visita en el Sharepoint de Ventas
Supervisar que los casos de CRC sean analizados y resueltos por los Gerentes de Ventas y las áreas responsables
Interactuar con equipos interdisciplinarios
Apoyar los lanzamientos de nuevos vehículos (materiales especiales y entrenamiento)
Asistencia a Junta Mensual de Ventas
Realizar el Mayoreo (Venta y Facturación) de unidades disponibles en Reservas de la Compañía

ACTIVIDADES ANUALES

Negociación de Guías de Volumen y Participación de mercado anuales con cada Distribuidor basados en plan de negocios de FoM

ACTIVIDADES A REALIZARSE EN PRIMERA QUINCENA DEL MES CON DISTRIBUIDOR

Establecimiento de objetivos de ventas mensuales, por línea, basados en el plan de negocios de FoM
Analizar las tendencias del mercado y comportamientos de los clientes con la finalidad de maximizar las oportunidades que se tienen en cada plaza para el logro de los objetivos (MMO)
Asegurar el adecuado seguimiento por parte de los Gerentes de Ventas a los procesos de venta para garantizar y mejorar la experiência de compra del consumidor (SOC)
Coordinación y Soporte a Eventos de Promoción de cada mes (Expos, Lanzamientos, Eventos Regionales, Ferias, Ventas Especiales, etc.) en los Distribuidores de su zona
Solicitar la elaboración y monitorear el desarrollo de planes de trabajo por cada distribuidor que permitan:
i) Lograr Volumen de ventas y participación de la marca en la Plaza
ii) Mantener rotación de inventario adecuado a los objetivos de Volumen y Share de la marca
iii) Mantener una fuerza de ventas y personal de staff, productivo y adecuado en cantidad y calidad para los objetivos de ventas
iv) Mantener continuidad en el reporte de ventas en Smart Vincent durante todo el mes
v) Alcanzar los objetivos de demostración, prospección y conversión (PILOT)
vi) Utilización adecuada del programa de unidades Demo
vii) Utilización adecuada de recursos en publicidad de FII - FIII, y material punto de venta
viii) Alcanzar los Objetivos de Satisfacción al Cliente CEI
ix) Mantener el ROS adecuado para la marca
x) Mantener Instalaciones Adecuadas, Mobiliario, Áreas de exhibición y entrega de vehículos, de acuerdo a guías / manuales de referencia de representación en el mercado

ACTIVIDADES A REALIZARSE EN SEGUNDA QUINCENA DEL MES CON DISITRIBUIDOR

Cumplir con el proceso mensual de Ordenamiento Positivo en herramientas de sistema WBDO, de acuerdo a requerimientos y planeación de producción FOM / S&D
Comunicación continua de logística de unidades con cada distribuidor (MP&L / CIVAR/DASHBOARD/VEHICLE VISIBILITY)
Monitoreo de avance en el reporte de ventas en Smart Vincent
Elaboración de Pronóstico de Ventas para el cierre de cada mes
