Estamos buscando un Especialista en Desarrollo de Dashboards para unirse a nuestro equipo de inteligencia comercial y ayudar en la creación de herramientas de análisis visual que impulsen la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Este rol se centra en el diseño y desarrollo de dashboards interactivos en Excel y Tableau que presenten datos clave de manera clara y efectiva para apoyar las iniciativas comerciales y mejorar la comprensión de los patrones y tendencias del mercado.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Colaborar con los equipos de inteligencia comercial y análisis de datos para comprender los requisitos de visualización y las necesidades de información.
- Diseñar y desarrollar dashboards interactivos en Excel y Tableau que integren datos de diversas fuentes para proporcionar una visión completa del desempeño comercial y las tendencias del mercado.
- Crear visualizaciones efectivas que comuniquen de manera clara y concisa información compleja, utilizando gráficos, tablas dinámicas, mapas y otros elementos visuales.
- Optimizar y mejorar continuamente los dashboards existentes para aumentar su utilidad y relevancia, así como para garantizar la precisión y la consistencia de los datos.
- Colaborar con los usuarios finales para recopilar comentarios y realizar ajustes según sea necesario para satisfacer sus necesidades y mejorar la usabilidad de los dashboards.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las mejores prácticas en visualización de datos y tecnologías emergentes en el campo de la inteligencia comercial para garantizar que los dashboards estén a la vanguardia.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa demostrable en el desarrollo de dashboards en Excel y Tableau, con sólidos conocimientos de las capacidades y funcionalidades de ambas plataformas.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos complejos y transformarlos en visualizaciones informativas y significativas.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para colaborar efectivamente con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Atención meticulosa al detalle y capacidad para garantizar la precisión y la integridad de los datos en los dashboards.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, cumpliendo con los plazos establecidos.
