OBJETIVO:
Desarrollar nuevas perspectivas e interactuar con los clientes asignados para aumentar las ventas y el margen de los productos y/o servicios de la empresa. El enfoque principal será la venta directa con clientes y las actividades de gestión de cuentas para cumplir con los objetivos. En ventas externas deberás relacionarte con todos los níveles de las organizaciones de los clientes, incluidos los técnicos, los de operaciones, los de la cadena de suministro y los de la dirección. Se te pedirá que desarrolles y entregues ofertas de ventas, presentaciones, propuestas y/o demostraciones de productos.

ACTIVIDADES
- Ejecutar y amplíar los planes de cuentas de clientes asignados que se desarrollan conjuntamente con la dirección.
- Ejecutar las iniciativas de margen de facturación a través de servicios de valor añadido, programas de marketing y compromiso con los proveedores.
- Prospección de clientes potenciales, incluyendo llamadas en frío y desarrollo de clientes potenciales a través de canales de referencia.
- Comunicación con los clientes y clientes potenciales para identificar y comprender sus necesidades de productos o servicios; identifica y sugiere productos y servicios para satisfacer esas necesidades.
- Demostrar a los clientes las funciones y la utilidad de los productos o servicios en función de sus necesidades.
- Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente a través de la comunicación continua y la gestión de la relación; resuelve cualquier problema que pueda surgir después de la venta.
- Utilizar las herramientas de gestión de ventas para la planificación de las ventas, la planificación de los proveedores y la documentación de las oportunidades.
- Desarrollar y aumenta el conocimiento de los productos a través de la formación de WESCO y de los proveedores.

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
- Estudios Mínimos:

- Licenciatura.*
- Carrera Preferible: Ingeniero eléctrico, Automatización o Mecatrónica o equivalente.
- Certificaciones:

- Idioma: Preferentemente ingles

TRAYECTORIA
- Años de Experiência Requeridos: Contar con 5 o más años de experiência en ventas de material eléctrico y/o Automatización
- Experiência en Industria Requerida: Amplio conocimiento de equipos de automatización y eléctrico de marcas como SIEMENS, ABB, AB, EATON, Schneider, Omron, Viakon, General Cable, Belden, Panduic, Hubbel, Lapp, Hoffman, Phillips, Acuity Brands, etc
- Conocimientos Requeridos:
Tener amplia experiência en elaboración y presentación de cotizaciones y seguimiento de propuestas.
Capacidad de visitar a clientes y proveedores actuales y potenciales en la región solicitada. Así como capacidad de trabajar con un horario flexible y de viajar ocasionalmente.
Excelentes habilidades de venta y negociación, capacidad para desarrollar y realizar presentaciones
Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y eficaz tanto por escrito como verbalmente
Proactivo y disponibilidad para trabajar en equipo
Conocimientos sólidos del paquete de Microsoft Office, Excel principalmente.
