**_Bilingual Sales Representative_**

**_Specific Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- The Sales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers across the United States and around the globe.
- Conduct daily phone calls and conversations in English.
- Explain how our solutions align with the customers' pain points
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Engage customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy.
**_Qualifications:_**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and team managers.
- Demonstrated ability to be professional, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, and creative.
- Excellent selling and organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and representational skills.
**_Education and Experience Requirements:_**
- Bachelor’s degree, or relevant equivalent experience plus a minimum of three years related professional experience.
- experience working as a Sales Representative or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
**Currently living in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.**
Work Remotely:
- Hybrid work negotiable after a certain period of time working in the office
