**Title**: Divisional Pricing Supervisor - Monterrey
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León Industrias JD-Monterrey Branch
**Function**: Marketing / Sales
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Supervises the pricing and incentives for Hispanoamerica region, including such activities as developing, recommending and implementing pricing strategies, Incentives Campaigns and process improvements based on analysis to ensure prices are competitive and achieve market share goals and profitability.
- Oversees pricing processes and procedures such as calculation and preparation of list price, variable transfer pricing, and discount programs.
- Observes market developments on a continuous basis to identify John Deere's pricing position relative to competition and prepares proposals for price adjustments.
- Reviews and negotiates pricing with Production System leaders to gain agreement and implement price changes.
- Provides supervision of subordinate employees and/or team that includes placement, work direction, coaching, development and performance management.
- Meets with factory personnel on cost developments, new product features, and new product programs to provide input on product prices.
- Manage Mexico Incentives budget, timely identify potential savings & measure Incentives Campaigns.

- Excellent communication skills. Written, verbal, and presentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong willingness to learn and resolve problems.
- Capability to understand details, evaluate data, and provide insight/counsel to others.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Experience with reporting tools (i.e. Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly collaborative, positive attitude and the ability to influence without authority.
- Quantitative finance skills.
- Understanding of financial/pricing issues for various products and how these are applied in individual markets.
- Understands complex processes and strategies for sales and marketing including John Deere Dealer Channel.
**Education**:
- Bachelor of Business. Accountant or Business Engineer.
