Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Credit and Collections Analyst is responsible for managing a TOP Clients portfolio with the primary goal of maximizing cash flow while minimizing bad debt, The analyst must define root cause for non-payment using Order to Cash process and SAP system knowledge breacking internal and external obstacles/barriers that may be compromising the targets and escalate as appropriate. Lidership and ownership is used in all activities, collaboration is key in this position as the analyst must develop relationships with internal cross-functional teams to provide services and solutions that create value for our customers. This position is constantly looking for process improvements and automations.

In this role, you will:- Monitor and analyze constantly identifying non payments trends and independently carry out claim management. Adhere to all financial policies/controls/legal rules, and promote a high degree of corporate responsibility.- Be the SPOC of the area, providing knowledge for process improvement, in areas related to Collections such as Logistics, sales, Marketing, as well be the leader in the projects related of system changes.- Proactively establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales team and/or other business areas as needed. Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.

What we look for:
- BA/BS in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent- Minimum: 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Collections- Strong Knowledge of Order to Cash and Credit and Collections procedures.- SAP experience.- Account reconciliation skills/experience.- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power BI).- High attention to detail, goal oriented, analytical abilities.- Ability to multi-task on a variety of continuous improvement projects; Able to work independently and adaptability and skills to work remotly with different teams, cultures, enviroments and time zones.- Organizational skills and ability to set priorities to meet critical business needs.- Effectively articulate financial and accounting issues to team members, customers (internal and external) and management.- Account reconciliation skills/experience.- Strong english communication skills.
