Assistant Accountant

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years' experience in: General accounting (registration of operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, monthly closings, preparation of financial statements)
- Tax compliance of the company (VAT and ISR provisional payments, annual declaration, billing, reports to the SAT)
- Knowledge of calculation and payroll accounting Implementation of some accounting system (not essential)
- Management of Excel and databases
- Preparation of executive reports Management of accounting software Intermediate English

**Principal functions**
- Carry out the accounting record of the company's operations.
- Follow up on billing, payments and collections.
- Prepare the monthly and annual accounting closing.
- Prepare and issue monthly and annual financial statements.
- Calculate and submit interim and annual payments.
- Guarantee compliance with the tax obligations of the company before the SAT Perform the calculation and registration of the payroll.
