**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS**
- Oversee the entire accounting function for a large real estate portfolio across multiple states.
- Produce and review accounting statements sent to our clients.
- Work with operations team members to help respond to customer inquiries regarding financial information.
- Help our internal accounting function by reviewing company revenue and areas of opportunity.
- Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting procedures.
- Identify, recommend and initiate process improvements and enhancements.
- Assist in scaling the accounting department as the company grows.

We need someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and isn't afraid to deal with a little bit of chaos while working towards "organized chaos".

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Must be detail-oriented and a team player

Evernest currently has locations in Atlanta, Birmingham, Boulder, Chattanooga, Columbus (OH), Colorado Springs, Denver, Ft. Collins, Jackson (MS), Little Rock, Murfreesboro, and Nashville. This position may be for any of our current markets
