**COMMUNITY MANAGER**

Nosotros somo JVP Seguridad y Logística, ofrecemos servicios de seguridad terrestre y aéreo a diferentes organizaciones y personal. BUSCAMOS COMMUNITY MANAGER.

**FUNCIONES**:

- Definir los objetivos que la empresa pretende lograr con sus acciones de social media.
- Manejo de redes sociales y publicidad de las mismas.
- Monitorizar las acciones comprobando si se están cumpliendo los objetivos previstos.
- Dar respuesta inmediata de manera orgánica o automatizada a los interesados para convertir de cada lead a un cliente potencial.
- Manejo de plataformas para optimización de campañas (hubspot, surveymonkey, o similares)
- Preparar un plan de contingencia en el caso de producirse una crisis de reputación online y, en caso de presentarse, colaborar activamente en su resolución.

**HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS**
- Conocimiento en google analytics, google ads, Meta Business (FB e IG), Tiktok ads, y Twitter
- Conocimiento exhaustivo del social media y sus diversos recursos y herramientas.
- Excelente comunicación para poder consensuar y dar seguimientos a las estrategias de MKT
- Excelente atención a cliente para dar solución y/o respuesta a cada interesado con la marca
- Experiência en elaboración de campañas en el giro de entretenimiento y publicidad
- **Inglés intermedio.**

- Horario: Lunes a Viernes presencial de 09:00 - 18:00 h
- Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, PRESENCIAL.
