**You Are**:
UST is searching for a Tech BA who will analyze the business needs of the stakeholder(s) across the engagement. Understand and use the various BA tasks required to be performed as required by the engagement, usually with good assistance from senior BAs.

**The Opportunity**:

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Perform requirement analysis.
- Manage multiple business stakeholders and communicate with them effectively and promptly
- Flexible enough to work with offshore time to set up meeting with various offshore technical teams
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and creating requirements
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with internal customers, client IT team, and managerial staff.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, onshore and offshore
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Work with the Project /Delivery manager and manage the projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Identify the dependencies between the projects /business area and prioritize the work accordingly
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Agile Process
- Works with team members and stakeholders for feature and story refinement process including sizing and elaborate acceptance criteria and description for user stories when needed
- Champion a definition of ready and Done for team stories
- Assist testing activities and champion Test-Driven Development or Behavior-Driven development practices in the refinement of Features and User Stories with Acceptance test
- Perform User story acceptance by testing, participating in demos, or reviewing screenshots/ videos
- Provide everyday requirements and solution support to the team by answering questions

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required

**What you need**:

- 10+ years of relevant IT experience
- Must have the ability to interpret data, and analyze results using statistical techniques
- Must have experience in developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Very good understanding of ETL space using Informatica and reporting tools like Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill is a must
- Should have excellent documentation and presentation skill set.
- Experience in Real Estate preferred but not mandatory
- Overall understanding of Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and SharePoint will be an added advantage
- Understanding in Real Estate and Retail domain is a plus.
