- **Customer Support, **que será responsable de operar nuestras plataformas tecnológicas buscando satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes.**Tus responsabilidades serán**:

- Gestionar incidencias en distintas plataformas: recepción, análisis, seguimiento, evaluación de
- solución propuesta por el área de soporte, y validar la solución con cliente.- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo técnico para informar incidencias y sugerir soluciones, garantizando siempre la satisfacción del usuario.
- Asegurar que el cliente comprende de forma adecuada la plataforma y entregar capacitación ad-hoc en caso de ser necesario.
- Realizar tareas de testing sobre la plataforma y nuevos desarrollos.
- Identificar los problemas más recurrentes que se presentan y escalarlos para dar soluciones de raíz y mejorar las plataformas.
- Construir una relación sólida con el cliente, asegurándose que tenga una experiência satisfactoria como usuario de nuestros productos.
- Mantener actualizado el material de capacitación ad-hoc.
- Armar reportes con el fin de detectar mejoras y desvíos en la atención

**Haremos buen match si**:

- Egresado/a de Administración, Negocios o carreras afines.
- Poseer al menos 1 año de experiência en posiciones similares, en contact centers preferentemente.
- Manejo de Excel.
- Conocimiento competente en prácticas estándar de atención al cliente.
- Experiência previa en software y/u otras funciones técnicas de cara al cliente.
- Inglés Intermedio (deseable)
