Objetivo: Responsable del mapeo del proceso logístico inbound y outbound. Revisando información de transporte y embarques que requieren un seguimiento puntual. Así mismo, será soporte para de cumplir en tiempo y forma los requerimientos solicitados por la autoridad.

Responsabilidades Generales:

- Apoyo a Importación de material directo
- Preparación de documentación para cruce de material
- Revisión de previos
- Confirmación y seguimiento Ordenes de compra
- Análisis y pronostico de materiales directos
- Relación directa con Proveedores y Agente aduanal
- Realiza actividades de soporte a compradores de materia prima directa como generación de desviaciones, validación de inventarios físicos, generación de requisiciones y/u Ordenes de compra.

Proyecto:

- revisión y actualización de procedimientos de compra

Perfil Requerido:

- Carreras: Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Tecnología de la Información o afín.
- 7mo semestre en adelante; que falte al menos 1 año para graduarse.
- Inglés 80% conversacional y escrito
- Capacidad de Organización y Planificación
- Servicio al Cliente

Deseable:

- Manejo de Excel
- ERP System (preferente Oracle)

Ofrecemos:

- Duración de Convenio: 6 meses como mínimo a través de CAINTRA, con opción a renovar hasta por año y medio, de acuerdo con desempeño y fecha de graduación.
- Se otorga Seguro Facultativo
- Beca económica de $10,000 mensuales + comedor subsidiado
- Horario - Lunes a Viernes de 8AM - 4PM
