**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Program Management**: Lead and manage operations programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with various teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products.
- ** Data Analysis**: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- ** Supplier Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
- ** Project Tracking**: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
- ** Training and Development**: Mentor and train team members on best practices in operations and supply chain management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and logistics.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
