**POSITION TITLE**

Join the company as a Transport Planning Executive Temporary. In this position you will be responsible for programming and daily placement of transportation equipment to ensure monthly billing in accordance with sales targets.

Ensure the correct flow of the entire logistics process (as far as transportation is concerned) to guarantee the levels of service and cost proposed by the company

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Weekly - daily equipment planning** with transport lines in terms of equipment positioning with the volume visibility provided and operational capacity.
- ** Control, monitoring and adherence** to Cost x Kilo (based on Budget) and guarantee and follow up on time delivery of the finished product based on the requirements specified by internal and external customers.
- ** Consolidation of orders and optimization** of routing by Territory for timely delivery to the Operations area and creation and programming of the Shipment in Load Schedule according to lead time vs appointment (definition of loading priorities).
- ** Upload information to the control tower** and/or share the delivery schedule(s) to the supplier. Also guarantee and follow up on the arrival position of transport to the cedis.
- ** Follow up loading and unloading** times with clients for the release of transport and solution to logistic events to ensure successful delivery (loading, unloading, transit, etc.). Also, timely registration of extraordinary additional expenses and generation of various reports.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- LAE, Industrial Engineering, CE, LIA, or related
- Experience in negotiations with suppliers
- Experience in warehouse management (desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced command of Excel
- Management of basic SAP (desirable)
- Basic concepts of transport units and basic concepts of inventory and storage
- Intermediate English
