We at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies run the business operations of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in the Americas. You support our team as Production Manager leading cut edge innovations in production area and guiding best practices by collaborating with high performance teams.

**Production Manager**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Controlling & Planning: Implements the Site production short, mid and long-term goals according to strategic and operative planning. Is responsible for budget planning for own area of responsibility. Reviews performance of budgets.
- Manufacturing: Responsible for the daily performance of the manufacturing facility(ies). Ensures timely and cost effective production and delivery of product per customer requirements. Ensures innovative use of existing resources utilizing lean manufacturing techniques and systems. Leads operations to achieve benchmark levels for attainment, scrap and lean processes.
- Leadership and Management: Is responsible for all hourly and salary associates working in the production areas. Ensures efficient planning and staffing.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensures that all legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment are fulfilled.
- Quality Management: Ensures customer satisfaction. Promotes employee’s quality awareness and initiates relevant training. Initiates and leads scrap reduction projects.
- Responsibilities may include logistics

**Qualifications**:

- MBA, and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 5 Specified Years of Industry-international relevant experience.
- 5 Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Admin Black Belt Certification.
- Knowledge in Industry Audits (IATF, STPS, ISO 14001, Safety Industry, etc).
- Professional-Level English language skills preferred.
- Communication & Collaboration:Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders. Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization.
- **Value for Customers**:Drives a customer-oriented business strategy and provides indispensable support to deliver successful outcomes.
- **Innovation**:Envisions the impact of potential future trends and proactively drives necessary changes. Encourages creativity and initiative from employees.
