**Role Definition**
Ensures all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices. Recruits qualified applicants according to workforce needs.

**What You Will Do but not limed to**:

- Placing advertisements, attending job fairs, and performing other related duties to support recruitment processes.

**What You Have**
- Bachelor’s degree or last semester
- English intermediate
- **Business Process Improvement**: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
- **Service Excellence**: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
- **Relationship Management**: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
