**What You Will Do
- Interact and partner with global customers, stakeholders, key technology partners, product teams, and IT teams to do the following:

- Build, develop and maintain strong working relationships, internalize business strategies, and optimize value.
- Actively listen and anticipate customer's future needs and incorporate into team strategies and priorities.
- Have strong initiative to innovate, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that drive efficiencies, enhancements, and automation.
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements through various techniques (data analysis, process analysis, use cases, business rules definitions, etc.)
- When needed, help cover support/administrative needs for customers by troubleshooting and using technical and critical thinking skills.
- Have courage to challenge and escalate as necessary, embrace teamwork, be inclusive with differing cultures and opinions, be able to work independently, be reliable and trustworthy.
- Responsible for understanding impacts of releases, patches, integrations, and system updates; Test and validate new system releases and functionality, communicating effectively with customers on changes, and creating documentation when applicable.

- Experience specifically around core capabilities of:

- Actively listens and engages in conversations, attentively absorbing and comprehending information, and asking pertinent questions to gather comprehensive insights and ensure accurate requirements captured.
- Demonstrates a genuine curiosity about the intricacies of business processes, technology systems, and industry trends, driving continuous learning and innovation to provide well-informed recommendations and solutions.
- Experience influencing and challenging peers and stakeholders at various levels to drive common goals and solutions.
