**Misión del puesto**:
Garantizar la administracion de órdenes de los canales comerciales: B2C, B2B, ERETAILERS, TRADE y CRC a traves de la supervisión de la operación en almacén cumpliendo con los estándares internos y externos, así como las Buenas Practicas aplicables (distribución, almcacenamiento, etc), para satisfacer la demanda de los clientes internos, asegurando las entregas de pedidos en tiempo y calidad. Gestiona los gastos fijos y variables de su operación, planeando eficientemente los recursos y buscando eficiencias y mejoras.

**Responsabilidades**:
1. Asegurar la entrega excepcional de los servicios 3PL a un costo mínimo a través de un efectivo acercamiento y administrando al equipo y la relación con los Gerentes 3PL para garantizar disponibilidad del producto en todos los canales. Administra mes a mes el presupuesto de FDC y VDC. Propone y lidera proyectos de mejora (con o sin CAPEX).

2. Coordinar la comunicación y la colaboración con otros departamentos funcionales (servicio al cliente, transporte, órdenes de compra,) y entre los 3PL para la alineación en el modus operandi, la visión a largo plazo, así como una reacción rápida a las urgencias o problemas.

3. Supervisar la mejora de la productividad - la ejecución, el seguimiento y la gestión de los estándares internos y externos aplicables (Seguridad, salud y medio ambiente, calidad, gestión de inventarios, etc) así como la implementación de Buenas Prácticas de almacenamiento y distribución.

4. Asegurar comunicar decisiones / actualizaciones sobre el control de inventario, escasez de producto, asegurando la frescura del café, optimización del portafolio. Gestión de zona roja y destrucciones.

5.Coordinar la operación del almacen a través de reportes y análisis con el proposito de asegurar los KPI's.

6. Asegurar la alineación funcional cruzada y compromiso incluyendo la alta dirección comunicando decisiones / actualizaciones sobre el control de inventario, escasez de producto, asegurando la frescura del café, optimización del portafolio.

7. Asegurar el 100% de pedidos en sistema con estatus Ready sean procesados y preparados supervisando los horarios de corte para cumplir con la entrega al socio en tiempo y forma. Planea y se anticipa a temporalidades y estacionales de la operación. Asegura la compra local de recursos como son cajas de envío, cajas de combos, etc para garantizar la disponibilidad y entrega completa de pedidos.

8. Establecimiento de un enfoque de mejora continua estructurada sobre la base de la aplicación de las herramientas y la implementación de las mejores prácticas asegurando que el Plan de continuidad del negocio está adecuado para el sistema, infraestructura, falta de luz o cualquier tipo de interrupción.
