**Development Distribution Specialist**:
**Propósito del Puesto**

Desarrollo técnico/comercial de los canales de distribución, asegurando el apropiado desempeño de nuestros socios comerciales a partir de la alineación con las políticas de distribución designadas por Festo, garantizando con ello cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta de cada distribuidor.

**Principales funciones**:

- Alineación e implementación de la estrategia de Festo, con relación a los canales de distribución.
- Manejo y desarrollo de distribuidores, tanto en la parte técnica como comercial.
- Definición de objetivos de venta de cada canal, así como los rebates que promuevan el crecimiento de negocios con el canal. Todo esto en alineación con su líder de ventas y el gerente de canales.
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento de metas de ventas de los distribuidores asignados.
- Identificación de nuevos distribuidores dentro de su región.
- Evaluación anual de los perfiles de distribuidores (assessment de distribuidores), a fin de definir su nível y continuidad dentro de la estructura de distribuidores.
- Plan de visitas regular con cada uno de sus distribuidores.
- Mantener relaciones sólidas con todas las estructuras de los distribuidores: dueños, directores, gerencias, vendedores, áreas operativas.
- Control de almacenes de los canales de ventas.
- Coordinación de capacitaciones técnicas y comerciales de los asesores de los distribuidores.
- Definición de equipos demos de los distribuidores (otorgados por Festo y comprados por el canal)
- Desarrollar un adecuado plan de marketing de cada distribuidor, en alineación con las políticas y el apoyo del equipo de marketing de Festo.
- Seguimiento a proyectos reportados por los distribuidores, así como la definición de condiciones, descuentos o recursos de soporte que se puedan brindar en cada caso.
- Alineación con la estrategia regional, tanto con otros FLM como con asesores de campo.

**Perfil requerido**:

- Ing. Robótica/Mecatrónica/Electrónica/Mecánica/Electricidad/Carrera afín (titulado).
- Mínimo 2 años en posición actual Festo.
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiência laboral en ventas industriales y/o desarrollo de negocios.
- Manejo de cartera de clientes, preferentemente de distribuidores de equipo de automatización industrial.
- Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida.
- Inglés nível avanzado (negocios).
- Manejo de MS-Office.
- Conocimientos sólidos comprobables en automatización y control, preferentemente en el área de Neumática, automatización eléctrica (PLC’s, control de movimiento, etc.).
