We are a virtual first company and your primary work experience will be virtual / working from your home. Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment.

**Job Description**:
As a **Salesforce Systems Manager**, you will be the person responsible of the advanced system administration and configuration of Salesforce CRM platform.

What you'll do:

- You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform.
- Resolve end user issues and support users through training and documentation of system processes.
- Ensure data integrity through process automation and provide tools that allows for team’s to monitor data they are responsible for.
- Evaluate, implement and maintain connection points to 3rd party tools to enhance the platform.
- Other responsibilities include:_
- SFDC System Administration
- End User Support
- Connected Apps (3rd Party)
- Tech Debt
- Reports and Dashboards
- Business Analysis
- SFDC Release Management
- Dev Ops for development environment
- User story requirements assessment

**Qualifications**:

- Professional degree: Bachelors Degree
- Other Program / Supplemental Training: Salesforce administration certification required. Advanced Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred.
- Number of years: Minimum 5 years of experience
- Languages: Advanced English.
