**Oncology Brand Sr. Associate**

This role will play a critical role in making one the biggest brand for the affiliate to continue growing
- Execution of Brand Strategy Through Sales Channel: Lead the development and execution of prioritized field resources and tactics aligned to meet customer needs. Partner with agency and cross-functional colleagues to coordinate the review and approval through the Agile approval process. Efficiently and effectively create and repurpose tactics, as appropriate.
- Off to a Good Start Experience: Provide clear direction and set appropriate expectations with the cross-functional team that all the key activities are completed on time to ensure an unparallel customer experience.
- Monitor and Optimize Performance: In partnership with Omnichannel teams and sales leaders, determine the key performance indicators and measurement plan for owned marketing tactics. Track effectiveness and adjust course as needed.

Minimum Experience:
At least 2 years of industry experience and experience in marketing
