**Actividades**:

- Planificar, monitorear y controlar el proyecto
- Gestionar recursos, actividades, entregables, costos y riesgos del proyecto
- Administrar el presupuesto del proyecto, planificar y monitorear los gastos e ingresos relacionados con el proyecto.
- Identificar y gestionar vínculos y riesgos del proyecto en términos de costo, alcance y tiempos.
- Gestionar la relación con todos los grupos de interés del proyecto, dentro de la empresa y externamente con clientes y proveedores.
- Trabajar con un equipo multifuncional, coordinando las tareas y esfuerzos de todas las partes involucradas pudiendo interactuar con diferentes competencias y asegurando que el proyecto se gestione con eficiencia.
- Implementar en Saleri México los procesos y prácticas que el Grupo Saleri ha definido para la Gestión de Proyectos

**Habilidades**
- Ingeniería Terminada
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en Industria Automotriz, de los cuales al menos 1 año de experiência como Project Manager
- Nível de Inglés Avanzado.
- Conocimiento de los estándares, mejores prácticas y contexto normativo relacionado con el sector automotriz (IATF-16949, APQP, PPAP, VDA 6.3, ASPICE).
- Facilidad para trabajar en equipo en un contexto multi funcional y multi cultural
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita

**Nice to Have**
- Certificación profesional para Project Manager (PMI, IPMA)
- Experiência con casas automotrices alemanas (VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes)
- Experiência con casas automotrices norteamericanas (GM, Ford, Stellantis)
- Experiência en grupo multinacional con PM Office en corporativo
