**Job Description**:
**What Will You Be Doing?**

The Channel Sales Manager will play a key role in the Latin American region. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop territory and account strategies to support sales growth in the LATAM region. Most of the business growth will be building and selling through reselling partners for all the countries outside of Mexico while there will be a little bit of independent account selling inside of Mexico.

**Main Activities and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and develop deep relationships with current and new partners to ensure proximity in accompanying them to sell to their respective customer base.
- Research new Partners in the region to increase the coverage.
- Being side by side and in support of partners in all aspects of selling process to ensure the growth of each of their revenue: business development, prospecting, value definition, ROI calculations, negotiating, closing.
- Deploy our new innovations to our partners by up-sell/cross-sell strategy.
- Build and develop the sales revenue for the Mexican independent SMB retailers by identifying and developing a pipeline of prospects, customers, in the retail field to increase the turnover in the area and achieve sales targets.
- Assist marketing in developing business cases or communications/customer stories.
- Update regularly the CRM tools with opportunities and manage his/her customer and prospect base.

**Qualifications**:
**What's Required?**
- BA or BS in Business, a similar field, or equivalent education/experience.
- Experience with channel/partners (know how to successfully leverage the channel/partners).
- Experience in high growth, technology company, SaaS, or Data & Analytics focused business is a plus.
- Hunter mentality - Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota through indirect sales channels.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand the customer’s business goals and tailor a solution accordingly.
- Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Action Oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Ensures Accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Drives Results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
- Excellent English communications skills - written, verbal and listening skills.
- Use CRM systems (Sales Force) extensively.
