**Position Purpose**

Responsible of the financial planning & analysis, accounting and internal control for the Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing and Inventory functions. Work collaboratively with the functional areas to define and create actionable information and reporting that assists in the decision making and strategic planning processes. Accountable to strive for business partnerhsip with the corrrespondent VPs and teams of the functional areas to provide sounded financial recommendations that support them in their decision making process and allow to be seen as a trusted advisor. Activelly involved with the FP&A finance team to support the financial planning process as well to demonstrate ability to connect with corporate to ensure aligment of processes.

**Primary Accountabilities**

Develop and growth strong professional relationships and communication with your functional business partners (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing and Inventory) to agree key business performance targets and financial budgets/forecasts. Demonstrate ability to influence and collaborate at VP and Director level to ensure objectives are met as well as the sense to design scorecards and mesurements to monitor the right execution, risk and opportunities of the functional area and objectives accomplishments.

Provide useful financial insight and advice to the business partners to support them in their decision-making process around the formulation and execution of the business strategy. Responsible to build a business intelligence infrastucture that demonstrate analytical flexibility and generation of promptly and accurate ad hoc reporting.

Ensure accuracy of the financial results through Finance Business Partners and provide accurate and timely reporting.

Ensure internal controls are in place across the Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing and Inventory Accounting functions. Demonstrate anticipation to assess and identify internal controls opportunities within the company process and lead the design and implementation of the appropiate countermeasures in alignment with Corporate policies.

Accountable of the definition and governance of the financial and functional area accounting activities to ensure the appropiate internal controls are in place and followed by the entire company. Responsable to develop policies & procedures, keep strong communication with all functional area directors and VPs, US counterparts and suppliers as well identify cost saving opportunities accross the areas.

Recruit, motivate, develop and set expectations to the team members in order to maximize their capabilities and support sucession planning purposes contributing to the internal finance talent pipeline. Promote a respectful and positive team working environment that facilitates cultural change

**Education & Experience**

Level of Formal Education: A Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Finance and Accounting.
Years of Experience:More than seven years.
Type of Experience: Financial Analysis & Planning, Accounting, Internal Control, Talent Management and previous experience of business partnership at manager, director and VP level.
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: People Soft or Oracle ERP Experience.IT Reporting Tools such as Cognos, Essbase will be a plus.
Other/Preferred: English, fully bilingual (High proficiency on writing, speaking, listening and reading equivalent to +550 points of Toefl Score). Executive MBA or equivalent.
