A production superintendent oversees the production operations of manufacturing plants to ensure their efficiency and adherence to guidelines, budgets, and timelines. They have the authority to coordinate meetings with managers and teams to set objectives and schedules, supervise the use of funds, address issues and concerns, conduct assessments and evaluations, and develop strategies to meet production goals. Moreover, as a production superintendent, it is essential to lead staff while implementing the company's safety policies and regulations for a smooth and safe workflow.

**Requisitos**:

- Daily follow up on KPI and assure execution to be on target, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
- Manage day-to-day operation activities in a high volume and high mix environmental
- Participate in kaizen events and lean projects.
- Train employees in hazard analysis of critical control points.
- Direct responsibility to comply with safety regulations
- Schedule production for facility following to meet customer demands and company budgets.
- Balance manpower requirements and resources according requirements to maximize the organization's ability to meet assign objectives.
- Monitor control plans, troubleshoot workmanship problems and supervise production activities to ensure manufacture products meet or exceed establish quality requirements.
- Maintain compliance to all production schedule effective.
- Analyze all customer requirements and maintain optimal level of quality for all production activities according to required ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate and implement all new products and assist in execution of all new manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and maintain budget requests for all operations.
- Collaborate with managers to evaluate all activities.
- Prepare all paperwork and reports for all plant activities and assist all supervisors to oversee all activities of production employees and evaluate all plant requirements.
- Develop and maintain an effective and trust worthy work environment all times.
- Hire and train all shift supervisors
- Manage all communication with employees and Operations manager to ensure optimal utilization of all analytical tools.
- Collaborate with Operations manager to recommend all operational improvements to processes and facilitate reduction in cost and ensure efficiency of all programs and adhere to all safety programs according plant regulations.
