The HR Operations Analyst within the Global HR People Services role will focus on the following three areas: - HR Operations Local and Global support for all Driscoll’s HR Systems, including advanced Workday transaction processes (EIB loads and organizational data) and Reporting support - Performing routine audits on employee and organization data to ensure accuracy of data and adherence to compliance - Tier 2 HR Systems Support - HR Systems Project Support

**Responsibilities**:
The HR Operations Analyst within the Global HR People Services primary duties include:
Employee Data Management and Data Audit
- Primary role within GPS - HR Systems team to perform HR Operations - Local duties (and global where assigned) to complete system tasks and processes
- Performs routine and consistent audit of data and business process transactions in Workday and other HR platforms to ensure data integrity and retention of employee records and related company compliance documents (COBC, Handbooks & personnel data)
- Routine data audit and reporting to ensure compliance
- Ensure data integrity of Workday by performing routine and consistent audits

HR System Tier 2 Support
- Support the HR Systems technical team with process design and optimization
- Tier 2 HR System case management support to employees, managers, and HR program managers
- Tier 2 HR System support for initial investigation of incidents; escalate to Tier 3 as needed
- Maintain an appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to assist Employees
- Participate in system training for employees, managers, and HR

HR System Projects and Enhancements
- HR system liaison for HR program owners on the deployment of business as usual program execution; includes readying and launching system processes in support of BAU activities (ie: open enrollment)
- Proactively identify process inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborate towards an improved and more productive process that enhances the employee and/or manager’s experience.
- Provides project assistance from design through implementation
- Provides technical support to HR program owner by partnering in requirements, testing, and post go-live implementation

**Job Requirements**
- 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience; 3 years of SaaS experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with Workday or SaaS equivalent system
- Ability to troubleshoot HRIS system errors & resolve

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience with Workday or an equivalent human capital management system
- Experience with SharePoint
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build relationships and instill confidence with HR, IS, and other business partners
