Remote - Admin Assistant (Ar/finance)

Our headquarters is in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad, we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City. We are looking for someone to support one of our customers in The USA.

Our client is a community association management company. They believe that effective management anticipates clients needs, not merely reacts to them. **The activities for this position are**:

- Customer onboarding.
- Software setup of new customers.
- Gathering of missing items/documents.
- Formatting data for input into software.
- Reviewing customer's payment histories, matching amounts to balances.
- Creating customer details data load.
- Reviewing provided documentation to update additional information.
- Customer offboarding.

**Schedule**

**Monday to Friday**

**Standard time: 10:00 to 19:00 Mexico City Time**

**Daylight saving: 9:00 to 18:00 Mexico City Time**

**Requirements**:

- **Advanced English is a must**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of accounts receivable and ledgers
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excel knowledge
- Attention to detail
