Job Summary

- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _
- Hardware Test Development Engineer_
- located in _
- Aguascalientes_
- Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, Hardware Test Development Engineer role involves working on the special tools industrial projects on going for the different process across the organization. Conducts analysis, design, evaluate, modify, and implement of the equipment / machine improvements across several segments. Supervise new programs ramp up, involving engineers, quality and senior staff in order to prevent any downtime in the line providing improvements to the process and equipment._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Daily meeting with CFT related to Test projects._
- _ Design / Analyzes customer requirements._
- _ Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects manufacturing problems and deficiencies._
- _ Product Test and send reports according to test result._
- _ Create Purchase Requisition for new machinery parts necessity._
- _ Provides technical support for clients and business along with product knowledge as required, during show_

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS Electronics / Mechanicals_
- _ Design HW in Solidworks / Autocad_
- _ Coordinate and support the Industrial Segment special equipment._
- _ Expertise with PLC and electronic hardware devices._
- _ Confers with all support team personnel to clarify or resolve problems and develop corrective action, method improvement to resolve problems_
- _ Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings._
- _ Develops preventive maintenance process for the special tools._
- _ Analyzes engineering test results and implements changes to resolve problems._
