**IT Infrastructure Delivery Lead**

Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the Delivery of Compute Infrastructure services for the LatAm Sector, including Physical Server, Database, Operating System and Storage; ensuring infrastructure is delivered in alignment with Global infrastructure & Engineering standards an as per the agreed program's commitments and Sector's new capabilities/demand requirements.
- Plans actions and supervises its execution in order to archive strategy and infrastructure roadmap.
- Also provides advisory and liaison between teams regarding Cloud Services and its relationship with current or legacy infrastructure.

**Accountabilities**
- Supporting leadership in aligning with a strategic vision
- Translating technical blueprints & concepts and making them easier to understand
- Creating and editing processes to help businesses perform tasks consistently
- Making recommendations for technology infrastructure and equipment
- Partner with CTO to identify landscape risk in Compute & Database infrastructure and define plans to remediate.
- Analyze delivery activities to ensure processes are followed according to standards and resources are used efficiently.
- Forecast the impact as well the outcome of the actions taken by the Delivery team.
- Provide documentation and communication regarding specialized organizational processes & technologies
- Coordinating execution of Pilots for new technologies until became adopted standards
- Know the state of LatAm Compute Infrastructure currency and support investment roadmap definition.
- Partner with CTO team to understand new capability requirements and their fitting to PepsiCo’s Compute and Database infrastructure strategy.

Qualifications:
**Education/requirements**
- 5+ years of experience managing IT Infrastructure projects for compute (Server / Data Base / OS / Storage)
- Expertise in OS (Windows, Linux, Unix), VM Ware and storage, Backup and Database (Oracle and SQL).
- Knowledge in cloud computing and specially regarding Infrastructure as a Service. Expertise in Azure is preferred.
- IT Governance & Transformation
- Finance and Technology Lifecycle management.
- English proficiency.
- Knowledge of PowerBI suite is a plus
