What's the role?:
The **Sr. Quality Systems Manager** has regional responsibility for AMER/EMEA compliance team, reports directly to the VP / Head of HERE Quality Management, and is a member of the Quality Systems & Compliance leadership team. The overall objective is elevating and improving the performance of HERE’s QMS by way of audit execution and achieving Customer and Business outcomes. This is essential to the execution of the company strategy and business objectives (growth, customer success, profitability, speed, agility, etc.). This role leads various quality compliance activities:

- Plan, lead, and assist with the execution of internal and external audits related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other quality standards, to maintain, establish effectiveness, and expand Quality Management System, Environmental Health & Safety Management System including any new or future certification requirements.
- Main point of contact for ISO 9001 external Certification Body business relationship, including coordination with the Sourcing team on setting up new supplier contracts, SoW/annual Service Plans, finalization of quotes for budget planning, and confirmation of external audit plans, including communication to and socialization with internal stakeholders.
- Plan and lead the customer contractual committed assessments/audits such as A-SPICE, Customer specific standards such as BMW RPAS in close coordination with Customer Program Management and other related functional teams.
- In close collaboration with Global Supplier Quality audit lead, understand the regional resource requirements and priority for executing supplier audits in AMER and EMEA regions, ensure those supplier audits are executed, and findings from supplier audits managed and closed.
- Utilize inputs from QMS efforts, QMR and Voice of the Customer/Business/System (VoC, VoB and VoS) to establish system element maturity and insights. Utilize as an input for QMS risks and Compliance/Audit Model to maximize value to HERE QMS element owners within and across functions
- Support process creation and maintenance, in alignment with the HERE QMS Process Model and Quality Policy.
- Develop and implement programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as developing programs to focus employees on quality improvement. Develops policies, procedures and methods to check product, material, components and/or operational quality and improve same.
- Analyze data, report quality performance, and audit compliance metrics (including audit findings monitoring). Establish insights and actions in support of functional leaders and quality representatives across the company.
- Leadership role in creating or enabling a customer centric quality culture through Quality Awareness training, tools, internal interactions & uplifting needed capabilities. Influence, mentor, and train colleagues and stakeholders across the company on quality standards and their implementation at HERE.
- Provide compliance inputs to the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Committee as needed and work with ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) to ensure execution within the QMS across relevant functions to provide the needed risk management inputs.

Who are you?:

- Bachelor’s degree (Software/Computer Sciences, Engineering, or Management) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant quality leadership experience in a global organization (IT or Data products a plus)
- Extensive experience working with and setting up Management Systems, auditing relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.), and leading audit programs or audit teams
- Experience with software development methods (e.g. Agile) and a software continuous improvement framework (e.g. CMMI, A-SPICE), including experience with JIRA and process management tools
- Seasoned quality leader who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and resistance to change while leading a journey for success in quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Ability to lead within a matrix organization with a focus on team building, collaboration, strategic and innovative thinking with history of setting and achieving the highest standards of performance for the team
- Strong supervisory skills, influencing, and collaboration skills with others outside of direct authority and uses judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems with team approach
- Enterprise-wide international experience working across borders and with all functional areas and businesses to ensure timely, profitable, and positive customer experiences and satisfaction
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and problem solving skills; including data gathering, modeling, insights, actions, and related presentation skills
- Exemplary planning and project management skills with ability to handle multiple simultaneous assignments
- Strong business and financial acumen and posses
