Estamos en busqueda de **Sr Industrial Process Piping Estimator **queparticipará en varios proyectos de diseño-construcción y/o preconstrucción CMAR. Participará regularmente con el Equipo de Preconstrucción y Diseño durante el período de preconstrucción. Debe tener la capacidad de entregar estimaciones detalladas de alto nível en la etapa inicial del proyecto y funcionar de manera eficiente al revisar las opciones de diseño y recomendar las mejores soluciones según el costo, los métodos de construcción, las tendencias del mercado, etc. Las personas calificadas tendrán experiência con Process Piping Estimador.

**Responsabilidades laborales**:

- Revisar las especificaciones y los dibujos de la propuesta para determinar el alcance del trabajo y el contenido requerido de la estimación
- Capacidad para comprender los requisitos del propietario/ingeniero con capacidad conceptual para trabajar con información mínima
- Conocimiento de la construcción, el sistema de materiales, las condiciones del mercado y las prácticas comerciales.
- Determinar de manera efectiva las estrategias de oferta requeridas para que la empresa tenga éxito
- Revisa todos los paquetes de presupuesto final para garantizar la precisión y la integridad, antes de la cotización formal
- Preparar estimaciones de autoejecución de ofertas conceptuales y finales
- Mantiene archivos de documentos de trabajo como respaldo para la base de datos de estimaciones
- Revise las opciones de diseño y recomiende la mejor solución en función del costo, la calidad de la ingeniería o la disponibilidad de materiales
- Familiarizado con y aplica políticas y procedimientos en relación con el puesto.

**Experiência educacional**:

- Se prefiere una licenciatura en ingeniería, administración de la construcción o un plan de estudios acreditado relacionado con la construcción
- Mínimo de 10 años de experiência en estimación en la industria de la construcción

**Conocimientos específicos, habilidades, licencias, certificaciones**:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
- Conocimiento de software de estimación (preferencia por Beck Destini, Autobid, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Excelentes habilidades informáticas y familiaridad con los programas de la suite de Microsoft Office
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas.
- Capacidad para capacitar a otros y monitorear su trabajo para verificar la calidad y la integridad
- Conocimiento de la práctica de licitación estándar de la industria.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva con clientes internos, clientes externos y subcontratistas.

Salario: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
