RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee operational systems, processes, data, and infrastructure while actively seeking opportunities for improvement or revision
- Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve medium complexity issues involving stakeholders, and escalate to an appropriate level when required
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Generate and create reports to track user engagement and behaviors across different platforms
- Prepare and manage quarterly business reviews for management
- Engage with suppliers and execute contractual compliance activities for infrastructure development
- Establish and maintain credible and professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors
- Interact with management levels of clients or external stakeholders
- Exercise independent judgment in determining methods and procedures for new assignments, with mínimal guidance provided

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Competency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other Google-owned marketing analysis products
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to interact, engage, influence, and establish credibility at all levels
- Confident communication skills and high energy level
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments
- Passion for change and proactive encouragement of new ideas
- Innovative, open-minded, and progressive in thinking
- In-depth understanding of Project Management methodologies and knowledge of associated tools
- Competency in using Google Workspace, including Sheets, Slides, Meet, Gmail, and Data Studio
