Estamos en busqueda de **Sr Chemical Process Engineer **que será responsable de la producción de diseños, dibujos y especificaciones innovadores, apropiados y rentables para proyectos de procesos en la industria de alimentos y bebidas. El individuo participará como miembro del equipo para entregar procesos/sistemas integrados según lo especificado y contratado.

**Responsabilidades laborales**
- Desarrollar proyectos productivos y de investigación en grupos de trabajo interdisciplinario.
- Solucionar problemas, optimizar recursos humanos y de producción, en la industria alimentaria.
- Utilizar nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a los procesos de la industria de alimentos.
- Controlar y asegurar la calidad de los productos alimentarios.
- Interpretar, diseñar y optimizar procesos de producción de los alimentos, aplicar criterios de sustentabilidad.
- Determinar qué equipo eléctrico y mecánico se requiere para producir de forma más eficaz los productos.
- Aplicar la administración de personal y de procesos productivos.

**Experiência y conocimientos**
- Título en Ingeniería Química o afín con un mínimo de 8 años de experiência en diseño de procesos e ingeniería de aplicaciones.
- Experiência demostrable como Ingeniero de Procesos en industria de alimentos, bebidas, cosmética, farmacéutica o productos de consumo humano.
- Fuerte conocimiento en equipos/sistemas de procesamiento de alimentos y/o bebidas con un conocimiento práctico de los controles e instrumentos comúnmente utilizados.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de simulación de aseguramiento de flujo y procesos.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de modelos de producción integrado.
- Experiência práctica en algunos de los siguientes: horneado, procesamiento térmico, intercambiadores de calor comerciales, transferencia de fluidos (accesorios, válvulas, bombas), evaporación, esterilización, CIP, SIP y automatización/integración de sistemas en el procesamiento de alimentos a granel y de consumo.
- Conocimiento en Tecnologías de preservación de alimentos.
- Conocimiento de la calificación de proveedores, adquisiciones y prácticas administrativas.
- Conocimiento general de las prácticas, coordinación y ejecución de AE&C.
- Habilidades de negociación y desarrollo de relaciones con los clientes.
- Conocimiento práctico de las agencias reguladoras, de supervisión y de asesoramiento relacionadas: AIB, FDA, USDA, EPA, PMO, 3A, GMP, SPS, SSOP y HACCP.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

**Salario**:

- $70,000 - $75,000 MXN mensuales
