The Learning Business Partner - E-Learning Designer is a new position. Your mandate will be to write training quotes and design online training content. You will also be asked to present innovative solutions to our internal clients to meet the training needs of salaried and unionized employees.

The purpose of this role is to provide techno pedagogical expertise and make recommendations on the best online training solutions. Much of your time will be spent writing training quotes and designing or updating online training.

You will join the central organizational learning team. You will also collaborate with organizational learning teams across all our sites (Canada, United States and Mexico) and support functions.

**In your role, you will**
- Act as a techno pedagogical expert for large-scale or complex projects
- Analyze the needs and training content of clients according to the target audience;
- Participate in the development of training quotes and presentations to clients;
- Design the architecture, storyboards, educational activities, interactive games and evaluations;
- Partner with content experts and various stakeholders;
- Participate in the development and maintenance of quality standards for the design and integration of e-learning solutions;
- Maintain and optimize our design models;
- Participate in improving the e-learning delivery platform;

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**
- You have a university degree in techno pedagogy, educational technology, or in a field considered relevant to the position; or a combination of relevant education and experience;
- You have a minimum of four years of relevant experience as an instructional designer or six years as a multimedia designer;
- You are bilingual in French and English, spoken and written essential;
- You have a good quality of French and essential English;
- You have an excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
- You are proficient in Storyline software
- You have knowledge of diverse online content creation software (an asset);
