We invite experienced professionals to join our Digital Transformation team in the role of a Digital Product Manager, spearheading pivotal digital transformation projects.

This full-time role is in Mexico City.

**Responsibilities**:
Expertise & Leadership:

- Serve as the in-house expert on digital solutions, championing a product-centric delivery approach and possessing in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge digital technologies.
- Lead as a Digital Product Manager across various digital initiatives, managing 2-3 digital projects of varying magnitudes and domains.
- Shape the future of the company's digital product management capabilities and maturity.

Product Vision & Strategy:

- Own the product vision, strategy, business case, and competitive analysis.
- Define and communicate the vision and strategy for generative AI-driven digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives and customer needs.

Product Development & Management:

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Define and oversee the product roadmap, setting delivery priorities and timelines based on documented use cases and user stories.
- Manage a backlog of feature requests, assessing each for its business value and prioritizing development tasks accordingly.
- Document customer requirements in the form of epics and user stories, innovating and differentiating solutions.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to develop generative AI solutions that address market needs.
- Oversee the design and user experience of generative AI products, ensuring they are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Lead the development, implementation, and launch of MVPs in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product rollouts and adoption.
- Engage with external partners, vendors, and the generative AI community to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Strategize with product management and stakeholders on solution requests, product vision, and overall business value.

Strategic Business Case Development:

- Lead the formulation of comprehensive business cases for new digital products by identifying and articulating key value drivers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and projections. Ensure that each business case clearly outlines the potential ROI, market opportunity, competitive landscape, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Regularly review and refine business cases based on evolving market dynamics and internal priorities.

Performance & Feedback:

- Gather user feedback and iterate on product features to enhance user satisfaction.
- Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs to measure success and inform product decisions.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of generative AI products.

Continuous Learning:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of generative AI and digital transformation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the product team.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically in digital product solutions, collaborating directly with technology teams and business stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in managing digital solution strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs.
