**Objetivo del puesto de docente de Preparatoria**:?

Asegurar el logro de los objetivos de aprendizaje y las competencias de los alumnos del programa de Preparatoria.

**Funciones y actividades del docente de Preparatoria**:

- Impartir clases cubriendo el estándar de horas establecido por la Institución
- Ejecutar las estrategias para las clases frente a grupo, identificando las necesidades y problemas académicos del alumno.
- Participar en la implementación y seguimiento a las actividades académicas.
- Cumplir en tiempo y forma con los entregables que la coordinación académica solicite.
- Apego a los valores Institucionales y objetivos de la organización

**Requisitos para los docentes de Preparatoria de la UVM**:
Indispensable contar con Licenciatura concluida con Título y Cédula.

Deseable contar con Maestría con Título y Cédula

Experiência como docente tres años

Conocimiento de sistemas y plataformas como Teams, Blackboard o afines
