**Responsibilities**:
- Build detailed recruiting plans and job descriptions based on business needs.
- Design, implement and supervise effective recruiting processes across the organization.
- Propose and lead employer branding initiatives.
- Liaise with our marketing and product teams to adapt our client technology to our internal needs
- Make business recommendations with effective communication of findings from your recruiting processes.
- Research and develop new sourcing, screening, interviewing and motivation techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, Communications, Political Science, Anthropology, Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering
- + 2 years with recruiting experience
- Curious, self-motivated, and excited about solving ambitious challenges
- Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Track record of achieving ambitious recruiting targets at head-hunting/recruiting firms or fast-growing tech companies
- Interest in technology
- Sales Recruitment: 2 years (preferred)
- Startup Recruitment: 2 years (preferred)
