**Resumen del trabajo**:
Diseñar, implementar, mantener y controlar procesos de manufactura enfocados a mantener los níveles de eficiencia necesarios para cumplir o superar metas de productividad, calidad y tiempos de entrega. Así como la administración de los recursos del área para asegurar la rentabilidad de nuestros procesos.

**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:

- Responsable de realizar planes de capacidad de producción de acuerdo con la demanda, tiempos de entrega y productividad, asegurando estos planes se cumplan.
- Responsable de liderar y controlar indicador de productividad haciendo uso de los datos y herramientas disponibles.
- Capacitar a los lideres de producción en los principios y procesos de fabricación lean para aumentar la eficiencia y la calidad de la producción.
- Liderar, participar y facilitar eventos kaizen para mejorar los procesos internos de fabricación LEAN (ABS) buscando la mejora continua.
- Diseñar células de producción considerando eficiencias y controles de calidad.
- Trabajar con equipos multifuncionales en la planificación y el diseño de procesos de manufactura para el ensamble de nuevos productos, buscando que estos sean manufacturables
- Investigar y revisar las tendencias de la industria y los avances tecnológicos para productos y procesos.
- Liderar y/o participar en proyectos de mejora continua, reducción de CO2 y ahorros.
- Aseguramiento de un entorno Seguro y Ergonómico para nuestros equipos.
- Desarrollo de proyectos de reducción de costos.

**Experiência preferida (es decir, sector de experiência)**:

- Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero en Electrónica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o afín.
- 3 a 5 años de experiência en procesos de manufactura
- Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing
- Ingles avanzado
