Main activities:

- Manage and control the absenteeism Metrics.
- Support on engagement activities.
- Manage the internal communication channel (Screens on cafeteria and HR Board).
- Support on the hiring process of unionized people.
- Keep the control of the Kardex of the unionized workers.
- Responsible of ensuring a minimum of 95% of participation from the unionized employees in the 2023 Engagement Survey and of coordinating the internal actions to improve the result gotten.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Results-oriented
- Sense of Responsibility and committeemen with the activities
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and self-starter
- English knowledge
- Students from the last's semesters from administration or similar
