**Accounting Intern**
We are hiring a** Accounting Intern **who will be supporting with preparations and submissions of VAT refund requests.
**As an intern, you will be doing**:
- Preparation and submission of VAT refund requests
- Answering SAT’s information requests, involving the gathering of supporting documentation; information analysis; and filing information before the SAT.
- Preparation and filing of formal letters.
- Electronic Invoice review
- Accounting Reports Tie out
- Travel Expenses report review
- SoP elaboration
- Account Reconciliation Support
**Who you are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- To graduate at least on December 2023 or later.
- Availability to work from 8am - 5pm
- Intermediate / Advanced English level
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills
- General knowledge of Mexican tax law
- Experience with accounting software
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Ability to multi-task
- Organization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate an analyze the best outcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Microsoft Office
