Major Tasks:

- Do the search, negotiation and contracting areas for experimentation.
- Do the planning of agriculture experimentation.
- Do the trials allocation and creation of planting maps;
- Do the implementation, management and evaluations of production research trials;
- Do the nutritional management and control of weeds, pests and diseases on trials;
- Do the evaluations according to protocol and do the data curation;
- Do the daily adjustment and maintenance on equipment;
- Manage the inventory of supplies;
- Collaborate on people selection for seasonal work;
- Training new team members for trials evaluations;
- Be the technical reference of global production research and contribute to development of the team members, influencing technical discussions with high level of inbred knowledge;
- Search, validate and implement new technics of agriculture research;
- Part of innovation projects to collaborate for continuous improvement of the global area; Networkswith other company areas (Breeding, Field, MD..) to exchange knowledge and best practices in agriculture research;
- Participate on hybrid allocation and advancement of new products;
- Seeks the technical innovation for global PR clients;
- Actively follow the policy and objectives of quality, safety, health and environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement on products and services with lower accident risks, rational use of natural resources and adequate west destination.
- Follow the internal procedures and support the compliance with legal requirements in the activities;

Position Skills:

- BS/M.S. in Agronomy or related discipline with 5 years’ experience Agronomy/Plant Science.
- Advanced in English.
- Knowledge in meccanization and digital farming.
- Eagerness to learn and analytical skills as a researcher.
- Ability to work with small teams far from Bayer (Autonomy).
- Drives Results.
- Collaborates Values Differences Plan & Aligns.
