**Position**:
Import/ Export Analyst

**Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 102 company, and a global technology leader, is looking for a Transportation Coordinator for our Guadalajara branch who is passionate about being on the forefront of leading-edge tech**

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Manage import &/or Export operations and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- Clearance process
- Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely Customs
- Daily reports on the operation
- Transportation coordination
- Annex 24 (Inventory control), Annex 22 (Pedimentos)
- IMMEX Operations
- Close communication with multiple areas
- Provide shipment information upon request

**What We Are Looking For**
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little or no guidance.
- Easy access to "Pinar de la Venta" (Arrow Warehouse)
