**Requisitos del puesto**:

- Título universitario en administración hotelera, negocios, estadística, o campo relacionado.
- Experiência previa en revenue management, preferiblemente en la industria hotelera.
- Conocimiento profundo de herramientas y software de revenue management, como OTA´S.
- Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos complejos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
- Adaptabilidad y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y con plazos ajustados.
- Liderazgo

**Reporta a**: Gerente de Ventas y Mercadotecnia.

**Supervisa a**: Ejecutivos de Reservaciones.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- **Fijación de precios**: Desarrollar estrategias de fijación de precios para maximizar los ingresos por habitación disponible y otros ingresos operativos.
- **Gestión de inventario**: Supervisar la disponibilidad de habitaciones y otros servicios, ajustando la oferta según la demanda y las condiciones del mercado.
- **Análisis de datos**: Utilizar herramientas de análisis y software de gestión de revenue para evaluar el rendimiento, identificar tendencias y oportunidades, y tomar decisiones informadas.
- **Forecasting**: Prever la demanda futura y planificar estrategias en consecuencia.
- **Optimización de canales de distribución**: Maximizar la distribución y visibilidad de los productos a través de diferentes canales de venta, incluyendo OTA (agencias de viajes en línea), GDS (sistemas de distribución global), y otros.
- **Coordinación con otros departamentos**: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de ventas, marketing, operaciones y finanzas para alinear estrategias y objetivos.
- **Capacitación y desarrollo**: Capacitar al equipo sobre prácticas efectivas de revenue management y nuevas tecnologías.
- **Benchmarking competitivo**: Realizar análisis comparativos con la competencia para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades.
