**¿Que harás?**

Cumplir con los lineamientos y reglamentos de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente

Coordinar las actividades, asignar prioridades, definir entrenamientos necesarios a los asociados de producción.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de metas de producción de una manera oportuna.

Responsable del cumplimiento al programa de producción a través del manejo de recursos humanos, técnicos y materiales

**¿Cómo lo harás?**
- Liderear las actividades del Equipo de Alto Desempeño de Moldeo de Plasticos y Estampado.
- Asegura el cumplimiento con las métricas de acuerdo con los objetivos establecidos en los Dashboards de HPTs (Equipo de Alto Desempeño)
- Mide la Eficiencia del personal directo
- Seguimiento de los procedimientos de no conformidades.
- Informe de Down Time en forma oportuna.
- Informe del desperdicio de acuerdo con los procedimientos y asegurarse de preparar un plan de reducción.
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento del TPM
- Mantener 5´S en el área de producción de acuerdo con la meta establecida.
- Mantener información precisa de KanBan y otras actividades principales asignadas por su / su supervisor.
- Administración de Recursos Humanos (Asistencia, entrenamientos y crecimiento) Operadores y Lideres de Producción.
- Mantenga una comunicación concisa y eficaz con el fin de aclarar adecuadamente los objetivos y expectativas.
- Participación activa en equipos de mejora continua como six sigma, Lean Mgr, y otros sistemas.
- Participación con el comité EHS
- Miembro del programa de seguridad.
- Involucrarse en el área de EHS en la implementación y modificación de programas.
- Definir, implementar y difundir la política de trabajo en seguridad y salud y la política ambiental en su área.
- Contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
- Participar en la revisión del sistema.
- Participar en el programa de sistema de entrenamiento.
- Identificar las necesidades de formación en seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
- Capacitar al personal en procedimientos e instrucciones.
- Dar Seguimiento a los procedimientos de OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001.
- Cumplir con la asistencia a capacitaciones sobre las herramientas Lean Mfg y Six Sigma y las metodologías de mejora continua según lo requiera la función y el puesto

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Escolaridad: Ingeniería licenciatura: Industrial, Mecánico, Electrónica, Producción
- Conocimientos: Moldeo por inyección y el proceso de inyección de plástico (Área Manufactura)
- En máquinas y herramientas, máquinas inyectoras (solo aplica para Plasticos).
- Uso de office Microsoft
- Habilidades: Manejo de herramientas y equipo de medición
- Experiência: Por lo menos 2 años en puesto similar.
