**Objective**:
**Is responsible for managing and executing Month End (MEC) Closing processes.**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Preparing monthly management financial statements including comments on deviations vs estimates to send to Corporate**
- ** Preparing and presenting to Management - Balance Sheet Review**
- ** Support & execute initiatives either Corporate or Local such as: Electronic invoicing, new systems upgrade testing, standardization of formats**
- ** Budget & Planning - coordination and execution of 2 estimated scenarios per year having the following functions**:

- ** Defining assumptions**
- ** Request information from all parties involved such as: HR - for S&B,**
- ** CS&L & FIN - strategies, HC movements and Payroll - for projecting S&B costs**
- ** Confirming guidelines to follow with Corporate**
- ** Filling out standard exhibits requested by Corporate**
- ** SOX -| Monthly validation of internal controls**

**What do you need for the Position?**
- ** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field**
- ** 7+ years of experience in accounting.**
- ** Proficiency in English (both oral and written)**
- ** Proficiency in Excel**
