Job Summary:

The purpose of CBS Mexico – Finance is to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all finance areas including Accounting & Reporting, Supply Chain Finance, Credit to Cash and Accounts Payable. The Credit to Cash Analyst will focus specifically on customer collection analysis, and customer service, reviewing new and existing customer claims. The backup role will involve assisting with specific customer account issues.

 

Main Responsibilites: 

  • Performing customer data base analysis and update using customer and sales documentation and internal and external 
  • Daily Calls with customer to verify accounts information.
  • Interaction with local teams for status and follow-up actions.
  • Analyzing and reviewing existing customer information for specific purposes 
  • Recommend improvements and changes under communications between Colgate and the customers.

 

Qualifications and Education: 

  • Bachelor Degree 
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Calls centers. 
  • Proficient English
  • Intermediate French (Desireable)
  • Knowledge with an ERP (Desirable)
