Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Supply Chain Analyst located in Juárez Sur.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Manager’s role involves.

What a typical day looks like:

- Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
- Reviews materials related data analyses.
- Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the methods and processes in support of both new and existing products.
- Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management
- Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
- Advances English
- Typically requires a bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- A Master’s or MBA degree is preferred
- Warehouse & Logistics knowledge
- Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial competitiveness.
- Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
