**About the Role**
As the E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible to drive ecommerce growth via Amazon and eBay platforms. The manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workings of the e-commerce business including consumer/online experience, platform growth, fulfillment, and customer service. Responsible for driving and focusing on external customers to implement and elevate our E-Commerce strategy within the marketplace. Will work with internal stake holders using direct one to one connections, tools and programs including marketing activities, and leveraging in place departments and people.
**What You'll Do**
- ** Monitoring our overall product and seller performance across all channels, particularly Amazon and eBay, and ensuring issues are identified and addressed swiftly. This includes sales data, traffic data, operational performance, customer reviews, among other metrics. (20%)**:
- ** Proposing and executing new opportunities for expanding the business. This could be new product opportunities, innovative marketing strategies, expanding to new ecommerce sites. (10%)**:
- ** Managing and cultivating relationships with respective buyers at each website channel and collaborating with them to expand other sales opportunities within TD SYNNEX (Global Lifecycle Management) (30%)**:
- ** Work closely with the TD SYNNEX product specialist identifying products to market and showcase through the various ecommerce channels in a timely manner (5%)**:
- ** Establish department-specific polices and protocols as needed to ensure the proper functioning of all aspects of our ecommerce business. (5%)**:
- ** Continuous optimization of all product listings as far as photography, pricing, product copy, and enhanced product page content across all ecommerce sites. (15%)**:
- ** Overseeing order processing fulfillment to ensure all orders are continually being processed accurately and on time. (15%)**

**What We're Looking For**
**Experience**:
- 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Other (Please specify in "Other" Section) with Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience field of study required.
**Working Conditions**:
- Professional, office environment.
- Some travel required.
