As a **SALES REPRESENTATIVE**, you will build commercial strategies to produce a profitable business model that adapts to market conditions by aligning with the established sales plan and implementing new business opportunities.

You will report to Regional Commercial Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish profitable growth strategy for the segment by developing new business.
- Implement the value selling process with strategic customers.
- Ensure that standardized service is provided (Frequency of visits, reporting, lab tests and service surveys).
- Manage customer complaints minimizing charges arising from supply failures and quality issues.
- Maintain updated information in the CRM system (MS Dynamics).
- Review the monthly and annual Sales Budget (Forecast).
- Coordinate the launching of new products in the customers' lines following the Secure Launch procedure.
- Ensure profitability of assigned Customers (Price increases, invoicing, inventories, product localization and substitution to improve PC).

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of the powder coating, pretreatment market and its technologies is desirable.
- + 3 years of field sales experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Fluent English.
- Work location: Monterrey
