Team Overview:
As part of Didi´s research team, you will help to understand users' financial needs and transform them into business solutions.

You will be able to become the voice of users and consumers gathering key insights and supporting the execution of research of Didi´s Fintech group.

Role Responsibilities:

- Helping to document and create research area processes
- Supporting research activities: narrowing user´s personas research profile, recruitment processes, research tools creation, observing qualitative research and participating in insights discussions and data analysis.
- Helping structure research analysis and construct strategic business reports.

Role Qualifications:

- Active bachelor´s student (Business, Marketing, Communication, or related)
- A structured way of working, proactiveness and independent thinking.
- Data Driven skills
- Hands on and willingness to find creative solutions.
- Fluency in English is a must.
